Question: How do I order?

Answer: Simply click the "Buy it now" button and then go to your cart. After that, please click "check out" (or the paypal button), and fill in your details.

Question: Are my payments secure?

Answer: Yes, it's 100% Secure. We use the PayPal secure payment gateway.

** You can also use the paypal checkout to pay with the major credit card companies without having to log in to your account.

Question: How long does shipping take?

Answer: Please allow between 1 to 5 weeks depending on your location.

COVID-19 Update: We are doing everything we can to protect the well-being and safety of our community as coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact the world. Based on CDC guidelines, we have taken precautionary measures to increase the frequency of sanitation in our distribution facility and have enforced a social distancing plan. Our warehouse is now working on a restricted schedule and with a smaller team. As such, you may experience a longer delay in order processing before your package ships out while we navigate this new normal. Question: How do I receive multiple item order?

Answer: If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).

Answer: If you make order with error goods. You can tell our for cancel order. And t to u can reorder again.

Question: Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Answer: Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel an order after they have been submitted.

An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item, shoot an email to thepeterpanshop@gmail.com with your order number and we'll handle that for you.

Question: Will I be charged right away when I place an order?

Answer: Yes, your card will be charged right away since we don't store payment information for security purposes.

Question: How do I track my order?

AnswerWhen your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!
