Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Local orders take 5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 10 business days.
• International orders take 5 business days to be delivered via ePacket(China EMS), USPS, or others post and we ship within same 10 - 30 business days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.(COVID-19 IMPACT)

Shipping cost:

• US Location Orders will have free shipping.
• Others Location Orders under $4 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

** You can also use the paypal checkout to pay with the major credit card companies without having to log in to your account.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

Returns

• Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
• (We do not have a product shipping policy. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.)
• Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, government regulations may prevent us from shipping your order on time. We are working to implement contingency plans and will send your order as soon as possible.

Although many packages are still arriving on a normal delivery timetable, there is potential that international packages may be delayed in transit. We will try our best to get the order to you as soon as possible.

 If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).

If you make order with error goods. You can tell our for cancel order. And t to u can reorder again.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel an order after they have been submitted.

An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item, shoot an email to thepeterpanshop@gmail.com with your order number and we'll handle that for you.

Yes, your card will be charged right away since we don't store payment information for security purposes.

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!
